About

Pocket Quests started as a group chat where a few friends kept trading screenshots and complaints about the mobile games we downloaded on the train home. At some point we figured other people probably wanted the same thing we did: someone to actually finish the tutorial and tell them whether the game gets good after twenty minutes.

So we made this site. There's no big office and no fancy scoring formula. We install a game, we play it for real, and we write about what stuck and what annoyed us. If a title bores us by day two, that goes in the review too.

We pick games based on what looks interesting and what readers ask about. Sometimes it's a huge release everyone's talking about, sometimes it's a weird little indie thing one of us stumbled onto. Genre doesn't matter much to us as long as there's something to say.

Everything you read here is our own opinion after playing. We don't copy store descriptions and we don't pretend a game is something it isn't.
